Two projects of similar size and scope will still have unique issues to resolve, and we believe that every client deserves to have their project treated with the kind of personalized attention that will assure their event is a success. We offer our clients the talent and insight necessary to organize high caliber events within realistic budgets - saving them time, cost and aggravation. Events as varied as street festivals, indoor and outdoor concerts, specialized fund raising, or Black Tie events, all pose unique logistical problems that require appropriate attention to detail, and diversified services. The first step for any event is The Consultation, where we discuss the basic framework of your event, theming, and of course, your goals and desired outcomes.
Next, we will submit to you a proposal with an outline of your event, budget estimate, and other information.
Upon your acceptance of the proposal, we will commence the organization and implementation of your event. From there, you can have as much or as little to do with the marketing, coordination and organization of your event as you feel comfortable. All printed materials, contracts, and other materials are given to you for review before finalization, and we do not print without your prior authorization.
Upon completion of your event, you will be presented with a complete budget summary and overview of the event.
